I had heard about the ALTC through the community, social media, and the local paper, but after hearing that a friend of mine had received training there I thought I would take a chance. I wanted to learn Windows 10 basics and gain confidence being online as it is obvious that computer skills are now an essential communication tool. At the beginning, there was a feeling of trepidation but after the first class I felt immediately at ease due to the small class size, other students at the same level as me, and the instructors were quite competent at teaching the mature student. I am grateful to the ALTC for giving me such a pleasant and rewarding experience. Thank you, Tracey & Ellen!
